Summary:

Tsuna and group are called to assemble at the operation room by Reborn so that Irie can explain the game choice to them. Irie tells them how they invented the game Choice, and how it developed as time passed. As the game has lots of events and freedom, it was later developed into a computer game. Irie then goes on to explain how the game is where two sides have separate bases, and the opposing sides have to invade and destroy the other side’s base.  Seeing that the battlefield has to be around ten kilometers in diameter, Irie is worried that they cannot find something with good mobility. Reborn then invokes a competition for the best technician and makes Giannini and Spanner both work hard to try and solve the problem. Both pulling off all-nighters, Giannini and Spanner bring their inventions for a test-run in the Vongola base. Both people’s inventions all have flaws which allows their inventions to become useless. When Lambo comes in with his tricycle, Giannini suddenly thought of the future Tsuna’s collection room. Giannini brings everyone to the collection room, and shows them the air bike left by the future Tsuna.

Review:

This episode was quite good, although some parts of it could have been cut short. I’m not sure if this episode has similarities to the manga, although this episode seems to have a little advance in the plot. The few days left by Byakuran, seems to be dragged out for a long time, and it is evident that many days have passed already and everyone is still relaxing. I’m looking forward to see some more training here and there in the next few episodes. Anyways, I’m guessing that from here on the plot will finally advance (slowly) and the filler parts will be cut to a minimum.

Summary:

It seems when the group went into the city, Gokudera managed to buy a newspaper form this time. The group of people start reading it and they find out that Nami Middle is going to have a baseball match the following day. Yamamoto comes from his training, and sees the newspaper; he then wants to find out from Kusakabe the current situation of the baseball team. Kusakabe tells Yamamoto that the team isn’t as strong after he graduated, and they are facing being canceled. Seeing this situation, Yamamoto heads to Namimori Middle’s baseball club and finds three first year members. Yamamoto also sees a picture of himself and he lies to the three first year members of being Yamamoto’s younger brother. Yamamoto then goes on to teach them how to play baseball for a whole afternoon. The next day, everyone goes to watch the baseball game and it seems that Nami Middle is about to lose because of the mercy rule in baseball. Seeing this, the third years of the team give up and all the first years go up to play. The first years are unable to win the match although all of them played hard and used Yamamoto’s teachings. Seeing the team’s progress Yamamoto is satisfied and tells Tsuna that he would fight for them for Byakuran.

Review:

This episode seems quite ok, I’m not a big fan of baseball so therefore I couldn’t say that this episode is super great. This episode was quite good in showing how Yamamoto is super passionate about baseball. I’m hoping that this episode is the last of the filler episodes, since judging from the next episode preview the next episode would be back on track again. One part where I laughed in this episode was when the first years thought that Yamamoto was Yamamoto’s younger brother. Who ever said that brothers have to look-alike, that’s just completely nonsense. (I don’t look like my brother…) Anyways, with the next episode coming out really soon (possibly tomorrow) I hope to become more satisfied with the plot of this series.

Summary:

Being constantly worried about Chrome, Kyoko and Haru try to slowly approach her and try to get Chrome to eat. Tsuna sees that Kyoko and Haru are worried about Chrome, therefore he decides to help out. Tsuna tries approaching Chrome and it seems that since Chrome is not used to the kindness of other she usually locks herself up in her room. Tsuna then realizes that he knows almost nothing about Chrome and decides to meet Irie and Spanner while also bringing them a bento. unfortunately, Irie doesn’t know much about Chrome and all he knows is that Mukuro is possibly still alive. Basil finally wakes up and Tsuna decides to throw a welcome party for him (the true reason was because they wanted a feast). Duirng the party, I-pin sneaks out to Chromes room and happens to go inside and share a red-bean gyoza with Chrome. The next morning, Kyoko and Haru find out that Chrome is helping out with the dishes and thus they become friends.

Review:

This episode was quite boring, it seems that the fillers are still going to go on for quite a while and nothing much is going to happen. possibly, there would be an episode dedicated to each of the major characters so I’m guessing that there would be around half a month or so until there would be something interesting to look at. Anyways this episode didn’t quite interest me and I’m hoping that these filler episodes will finally end.

Summary:

First Hibari is seen at Namimori middle wandering and checking out how the school has changed over ten years. Tsuna and group decide to leave the base for one day as they have received permission from Reborn. The group first heads out to the shopping district and finds out that most shops are still in their same place. At the shopping district Kyoko sees a classmate she has known since kindergarten and notices that she has already become a mother. Later, the group splits up to look at their future homes. Haru goes to her future house and notices that it is empty. Bianchi then tells Tsuna that Haru’s parents must have evacuated because of Tsuna’s battle with the Millefiore. Haru finds the backup key for her house and steps inside. Haru later finds out that her future room is completely different and there she notices a note that her future parents left for her future self.  After reading it she seems to be both happy and sad. Meanwhile, Kyoko and Ryohei return to their house where luckily there is nobody home. Kyoko finds that her room is pretty much similar and Ryohei finds out that he has a relationship with Hana Kurokawa who is Kyoko’s friend. Not long later, the group all head to the school and notice that the school hasn’t changed much. They go onto the roof-top and Tsuna and the other Vongola guardians realizes their true motivation to defeat Byakuran. Hibari is also at the rooftop and meets Dino who tells Hibari that he will be his instructor yet again.

Review:

This episode was quite boring, I didn’t like how nothing much happened in this episode. One thing that I always wondered is that has Gokudera ever had a “home” in Namimori, cause I don’t recall any footage of his home. Anyways, this episode seemed like a filler episode to me and I have little to say about how I felt about this episode. The only thing I liked is how Dino appears in the end of the episode showing that he is alive and still doing well.

Summary:

After receiving the Vongola boxes left from the future, Reborn and Irie tells all the Vongola guardians to rest. When the Vongola guardians tried opening their box weapons, their flames were too small thus Irie tells them to rest for the first few days. The Vongola then slowly go back to their underground hideout and Hibari leaves the group as always. Upon getting back to the base, everyone greets them happily and they quickly go to eat a feast. Before the group starts eating, Giannini tells them that a ring signal is detected and therefore the group heads out to find it. After a long time of chasing and returning back to the base, the Vongola finally find Basil who has come from the past. Basil joins up with the Vongola and tells them about how he was sent to the future with a box weapon and a guide-book explaining everything going on in the future. When Basil falls asleep, the group finally has their chance to eat their feast and Kyoko and Haru asks Tsuna for permission to go see their respective homes in the future.

Review:

This episode was quite boring, as some parts of it could be cut short. The time-cosuming parts where Basil was being chased around Namimori could have been shorter, thus allowing other things to be shown. What made up for this is how this episode comes up with more mysteries and more allies and as a result, this causes the story-line to become more interesting. Seeing that the next episode is  class=”hiddenSpellError” pre=”is “>possibily a filler episode (just my guess), with Kyoko and Haru looking at how Namimori has changed, I’m not quite impressed with the amount of “crap” the anime is getting. Anyways, at least there is something to look forward to in the future episodes.

Summary:

After returning to the future, Bianchi comes along with Futa to take Kyoko and Haru out of the Melone Base. Then Byakuran send a hologram to both the Varia and the Vongola guardians about the “real” six funeral wreaths. It seems that Byakuran had already anticipated the betrayal of Irie, therefore he didn’t give him the real mare rings. Byakuran then goes on to show the real six funeral wreaths, and he explains to Irie where he has found them. Byakuran uses one as an example and shows a person how destroyed his hometown in order to show his loyalty to Byakuran. Upon seeing this video, the Vonogla guardians seem to be scared of facing such a strong opponent. Byakuran then activates the teleportation system inside the Melone Base and causes everything to teleport somewhere else leaving only the white rounded machine. Irie explains that he has prevent them from teleporting away because all of the Vongola rings are gathered together. Later, all the Vongola guardians regain their confidence and assume that they are able to take down their new enemy. Seeing this, Irie gives all of the guardians their respective box-weapons left by their future selves.

Review:

This episode was quite good, although it was mainly a bunch of talking. One thing that I wonder is what will happen to the people who were teleported away in the Melone Base? Just one of my crazy guesses, is that people such as Gamma will join back with Irie and fight with the Vongola against Byakuran. Furthermore, I’m really excited to see what the Vongola will do in the ten days gap that Byakuran left for them. In short, I cannot wait to watch the next episode to see how the plot advances.

Summary:

This episode mainly told the battle the happened in the Melone Base.  First off, we see a completely new ending and there seems to be more box weapons and enemies introduced. Then the battle are retold and the first one we see is the battle among Ryohei, Gokudera, and Gamma. After that battle it shows Yamamoto against Genkishi. Followed by Hibari against Genkishi. Then finally, Tsuna against Genkishi. Near the really end of this episode the part where Irie reveals himself to be an ally is shown. To sum up, this episode didn’t have any new plot inside it. After the end of the episode there seems to be a new ending showing future Dino.

Review:

This episode was quite boring, only the opening and ending kept me entertained. From the opening, we see that all of the Vongola guardians get animal-type box weapons that they will use against Byakuran and the Six Funeral Wraths. In addition, Dino is seen to be still alive and will be joining the series again in a short amount of time. The plot seems to have finally back on track and this episode is the conclusion of the “filler” episodes. Sorry for the short review, I hope that the next episode will be much better than this one.

Summary:

After Tsuna discovers the that Verde they had just battle was a fake robot, Tsuna senses that Verde must be hiding around somewhere. With his super intuition, Tsuna finds Verde’s hideout and Verde gives him his arcobaleno seal. Verde blows up his lab, and everyone quickly flees out of it. Then, the Vongola guardians all decide to beg Reborn to go through his trial again, although Reborn said that Tsuna has already passed it and gives him the last seal. Tsuna goes home, and Futa tells Tsuna that he knows that they are doing something  in secret. With all the seven seals, the Vongola guardians meet at the shrine the next morning. When Tsuna goes out, it seems that his mom and Futa noticed his departure and is sad for his leave. After all of the people get to the shrine, it looks like Hibari is missing and everyone goes except for Tsuna and Reborn who wait for Hibari. Reborn later kicks Tsuna into the bazooka and goes back to the future. Hibari is seen already back and Irie tells everyone that only ten minutes have passed in the future and that they would all have to train hard for the upcoming battles.

Review:

This episode was quite boring, I guessed some parts out correctly and nothing pretty much surprised me. I think that this episode could have been cut short and the only thing I like about it is how each characters have this sad emotion when leaving. I’m really interested in seeing what will come out of the Sky box and cannot wait for the next episode. Unfortunately, the next episode possibly would be a filler, basically having a re-cap on all the battles that happens in the Melone Base. Guess I’ll be providing a short review next time…

Summary:

When Verde captures all of the Arcobalenos and demands the Vongola rings from the guardians. Tsuna refuses to give the rings over and decides to fight back against Verde. Meanwhile, Bianchi meets up with Gamma and mistakes him for an assassin to kill Tsuna’s mom. Kyoko and Haru are both seen with sad expressions at they notice that they are about to go back to the future and have a sad departure with Tsuna’s mom, and Futa. Verde uses his machine and absorbs the death penetration flames from the Vongola guardians and uses it to power his box weapons. When Tsuna and group are about to lose, Tsuna remembers Reborn’s sayings and suddenly gets his ring flames back. The box weapons are defeated, and seeing that the Vongola rings won’t be handed over, Verde decides to blow up the capture Arcobaleno one by one. Luckily, Viper had an illusion set up before and the Arcobalenos were actually all safe. The Vongola all team up to fight against Verde and Tsuna finishes him off with his X-Burner. Tsuna then realizes that the Verde in front of them was a robot and that Verde is hiding somewhere else.

Review:

This episode was quite ok, and I’m happy to see that the next episode should be the end of the “trials” arc. With everyone going back to the future soon, I’m excited to see how the Millefiore in the future. There was only one part where I found it disappointing, it was when Chrome and Ryohei was unable to use their Vongola rings in addition to not having any box weapons. When Lambo was launched onto the machine I thought that he would use his ten-year bazooka in order to fight back against the robot Verde, but actually that scene ended quite fast. With only the approval of Reborn and the trial of Verde left, I’m looking forward to going back to the future arc again.

Summary:

First we see Haru and Kyoko eating at this cafe, where they feel sad as they think that they are unable to return to the world they are in. Tommorow is the day when Tsuna and group are going back to the future and Kyoko believes in Tsuna’s promise to come back to the past after they dealt with the future. Aria sees Haru,Kyoko, Futa, and Tsuna’s mom, where Aria tells Tsuna’s mom about how Tsuna will be safe. Aria then tells Gamma to look after them, in case Verde attacks them or uses them as hostages. Verde starts sending in his box weapons and uses them to attack the Arcobalenos, although the Arcobalenos seems to easily fight against them. Later, Verde launches to missiles to both Hibari and Lambo, where Hibari easily defeats the missile and Lambo had to be saved by Fong. Lambo then insists on going with Fong to Namimori Island and all of the seven Arcobalenos meet there (excluding Aria). With injuries, the Vongola guardians are unable to put up a fight, and when Verde uses something similar to the non-tri-ni-sette rays to restrain the Arcobalenos. The Arcobalenos are then captured and Verde takes them to his ship.

Review:

This episode was fine, although I had a few questions here and there. First of all, since Aria is a current mafia gang leader shouldn’t she be able to call her whole gang to fight against Verde, and people like Genkishi and Gamma would come. Secondly, how come the Vongola guardians all decided not to use their box weapons, I guess that they are afraid of something Verde something from the future. There is also some moments where the Vongola just stand there and do not attack Verde when it was a good time to attack. Anyways, this episode was quite good, and I didn’t expect the Arcobalenos to be defeat such easily. I’m hoping that with the next episode, the battle against Verde will be more intense and make me a more happy viewer.

Summary:

When Tsuna’s family are all recovering from the previous trial,  Verde is at his lab trying to figure out a way to defeat all the other Arcobaleno’s along with the Vongola. Everyone is sad after losing to Reborn is it looks like Dr.Shamal has been treating them. Everyone left the island except for Yamamoto, Ryohei, Tsuna, Gokudera, and Chrome. Back in Namimori, the other Arcobaleno meet together in order to discuss the possible actions Verde will do. After thinking for a long time, Tsuna finally realizes that the reason that they lost to Reborn was because that they lacked resolve to fight and took it as a normal practice. Verde then starts sending his inventions to attack the Vongola and retrieve the Vongola rings. Reborn then announces to everyone else that Verde has broken the pact and must be stopped by everyone else.

Review:

This episode lacked tons of action, although this made it this episode better as all the previous episodes were all full of battle. I like how Verde’s betrayal of the pact was unexpected and leads to a whole new story which could span for several episodes (I hope). There’s only one thing that is weird, won’t Verde be shocked to see that the Vongola family has box-weapons already? Other than that, I’m hoping that the future episode will be better and soon the group will return to the future.

Summary:

Reborn leaves to Namimori island and tells Tsuna go assemble all of his guardians there. Upon leaving Reborn meets Aria where Reborn talks a bit about Aria’s mother. Aria then states that she wants to watch the trials and secretly goes along. Everyone, including Lambo is taken to the island and they prepare to have an all-out battle with Reborn. Reborn immediately knocks Tsuna unconscious and Hibari heads up to fight him. Reborn easily defeats Hibari alone, and then easily takes out all the other guardians except Lambo. While watching, Lal-Mirch remembers the past where Reborn was always stronger than the others and how the situation was when everyone first met. Tsuna regains consciousness and fights with Reborn, meanwhile Reborn thinks back to the past where he was unable to accept the fact that his body turned into a baby. Later, Reborn gives Tsuna a chance to defeat him, but Tsuna is unable to finish him off with X-Burner. As a result, Reborn takes Tsuna out and tells him that he isn’t suit for a boss thus he has failed the trial.

Review:

This episode was quite good, I didn’t expect that Tsuna will lose this trial. This makes me wonder how the plot will go on from now, and he is missing one of the seals. Would it come to have another trial? or something else will happen. It really makes me wonder. This episode was quite good as it showed bits and pieces of the past of the Arcobaleno and makes me interested as to what happened in the past. From the past scenes, it makes me think that Reborn and Aria’s mother had some kind of relationship, therefore could Aria be their daughter? With the next trial being Verde’s trial I really would like to see what kind of trial would be held.

Summary:

After Fong’s trial of leadership, Tsuna’s guardians assembled at his house to discuss about the future trials. Tsuna and group wonder about the future Arcobalenos and tries asking Yamamoto, although Yamamoto keeps his promise with Reborn and doesn’t say a word. Suddenly a woman with an orange pacifier arrives in front of Tsuna’s house, who is named Aria. Aria came along with Haru and Kyoko, and is the person giving Tsuna his trial. Later, Tsuna taken along town by Aria, with Haru and Kyoko as the guide. Tsuna keeps getting demands and is treated like a servant. When Tsuna goes to buy some chocolate there appears to be people following Tsuna and group. While wandering around town it seems that Gokudera, Yamamoto, and Ryohei are hiding in the corner observing Tsuna, but cannot help out as that will make Tsuna fail the trial. Tsuna meets up with Chrome who later goes out with Kyoko and Haru to buy some juice. Tsuna is alone with Aria and they suddenly get attacked by Verde’s mercenaries, where the other hiding guardians join in to help out in battle as it wasn’t part of the trial. After they are defeated, Aria gives Tsuna the Arcobaleno seal and tells him that he has honest eyes and has passed the trial of tolerance. Reborn and Aria have a little talk before Aria leaves and Reborn thinks back to the past when he met Aria’s mother (the original holder of the orange pacifier). Aria meets up with the young Gamma and during that night Reborn also says that he will be holding the next trial.

Review:

This episode was weird, I don’t know if it was the quality of the video I was watching but somehow I thought that this episode’s quality wasn’t as good. Other than that, I liked how the producers made it so that the viewers are interested in knowing more about Aria’s mother and the Arcobalenos. Another thing I liked is how there isn’t any X-Burner used in this trial. The next trial seems to be interesting and I can’t wait to watch it.

Summary:

After sending Kyoko home, Tsuna and group return to their respective homes. While walking back, Tsuna encounters Lambo who is looking for a trial and is chased by I-Pin. Later, I-Pin explains that Lambo saw the shiny aura on the ring after Tsuna cleared the previous trial, and overheard from Gokudera about the Arcobaleno trials, thus Lambo decides to complete a trial. Reborn then urges Tsuna to go catch Lambo, and Tsuna says that he will bring him the next time. While walking home, Tsuna appears to see a sunglassed man on the rooftop of the school. Later Yamamoto, Gokudera, and Ryohei all see that same person at different places. The next morning, Tsuna receives a letter and everyone gathers there immediately (pops out of nowhere) and finds out that the person from last night (the guy with sunglasses) is an Arcobaleno and they need to catch him to complete the trial. I-Pin then states that Fong is her master, and hesitates to tell Tsuna information about him. Tsuna, Haru, Lambo, and the hiding I-Pin get to school and finds Fong who gives them one hour to catch him using the people already at the school. The group tries catching Fong, but seems to be unable to do so as he is fast. I-Pin then remembers the words Fong told her before and realizes it is similar to this trial of leadership. Tsuna then thinks up of a plan and is about to catch Fong but then Hibari appears and beats up Tsuna. I-Pin then walks in and fights with her master, using Lambo as a projectile to hit Fong and launches him to the beat-up Tsuna. It is so precise that when Fong lands in Tsuna’s hand one hour has passed. Tsuna gets another seal, and everybody is happy that he cleared the trial. I-Pin spots Hibari again, and Tsuna throws her out of the school window (weird ending…)

Review:

This episode was really weird, basically a game of tag. I always thought that since Fong was like a martial arts master it would require Ryohei and some fist to fist fighting. Anyways I was wrong, this episode wasn’t as good as I thought and I was wondering how come Tsuna decided to walk, he can fly while in dying will mode. Another thing I would like to mention is how Yamamoto, Gokudera and Ryohei all searched at the same place (SAME PLACE!) for one hour, wouldn’t it occur to them to change places? It’s like staying at a park, or convenient store for a full one hour shouting someone’s name. I’m guessing that the people around them were confused and amazed but their durability (I’m amazed as a viewer also). Although this episode had really weird parts, I liked how I-Pin has seen to grown a little bit in addition to not have Tsuna use his X-Burner. Anyways with three trials left, I’m really interested in having better and more interesting trials.

Summary:

Tsuna, Yamamoto and Ryohei are all called out for the trial and they meet up in the middle of the street. Gokudera also comes out to join the group, but Marmon suddenly appears and tells them that Kyoko is taken hostage. Marmon starts giving the group riddles to where they should go, and immediately makes Gokudera forcefully leave the trial. The first riddle brings them to a tunnel  where Marmon is testing out his box weapons which seem to be the prototype of the box weapons in the future. The first one he uses is a bunch of billiards (prototype of Gamma’s box I guess), and uses it to attack Tsuna and group. Yamamoto later cuts the balls in half and they proceed to the next place which is Tsuna’s home. When they get there, Marmon uses a crocodile box weapon and tries attacking Tsuna, although since it cannot maintain its shape long it fades away. Tsuna’s mom is surprised by the crocodile but Reborn steps in to say that is was a magic trick of his. Marmon then tell the group to go to Namimori shrine, but he uses his illusions to make the city like a maze. While going round in circles, Ryohei finally uses his instinct learned from running every day to go towards the shrine. When they get there Marmon uses his last box weapons which is a bunch of starfishes, it then attacks Tsuna and group after they found out that Kyoko wasn’t taken hostage. Tsuna is left to attack Marmon and Yamamoto and Ryohei is left to take care of the boxes. Tsuna defeats Marmon with X-Burner again, and completes the trial. Kyoko and Hime come to the scene and it seems that Hime is actually Bel. Tsuna obtains the seal from Marmon, and Reborn makes Marmon say that he got the box weapons from Verde, another arcobaleno and this gives Reborn a bad feeling.

Review:

This episode wasn’t as good as I expected, although I think most of the time it emphasized how team work is important for the Vongola. With three trials down in such a short time, I’m guessing that it won’t be long until the group goes back to the future again. One thing that I disliked was how Tsuna used his X-Burner again and it better not be used throughout all of the trials. Although I know that most anime make it that way, but it would be more interesting to mix up the attacks and not make them all be the same one. Anyways, I’m anticipating the time when the group returns to the future, as the trials will seem to be a breeze for the Vongola guardians.
