Here’s the second review I’ve made, personally I think this episode was quite good, maybe because of the new opening. It starts off with showing the usual people getting along with Crona, they are trying to make him feel comfortable in Shibusen. To cheer up Crona, Death The Kid decides to throw a party. As soon as the party ends, Medusa who is in a child’s body finds Crona and makes her turn into a spy. After being ordered to be a spy Crona’s personality suddenly turns back to how she used to be. Medusa gives her a mission to search for a secret vault, although Medusa later decides to abandon that mission. Following up, Medusa tells Crona to put a listening device inside Stien’s house. To do this Crona uses Marie’s kindness, in which Crona says that she is trouble and needs to talk to her as a result, she puts the snake listening device inside Marie’s coffee, and watches Marie drink it. After Crona leaves, Eruka explains how that with the device Stien’s madness would increase faster when she is near Marie. From the conversation between Stien and Marie, Crona hears that she is liked by the people of Shibusen. Crona quietly returns to her underground chamber, holds a pillow and starts crying, while the madness slowly engulfs her.

I really liked the development of the story in this episode. There was a good contrast between the happiness at the start and the despair near the end. I really feel sorry for Crona, she was just about to be saved yet Medusa appears before her and changes her back again. I’m really looking forward to the next episode.Looking from the preview, it looks like the annoying Excalibur is back again and this time he infiltrates Shibusen.
